Service, Maintenance, Parts and Repair

Just like any other appliance, your fireplace, stove or insert needs to be maintained in order to operate safely and efficiently. Harmony Hearth and Home can supply regular maintenance for your unit, even if we did not sell it to you. We have an annual program that offers a 10% discount on maintenance service during the off-season and we will call to remind you.  This is applicable to any heating appliance, including those that were not sold and/or installed by us. All chimneys need to be periodically cleaned to prevent chimney fires and keep the draft working efficiently. Harmony Hearth and Home provides full-service chimney cleaning. The best time for chimney cleaning is during the summer when the risk of inclement weather interrupting the procedure is less and when your fireplace is less likely to be used. Our "Sweeps' are trained and ready to keep your chimney and fireplace in tip-to condition.

Harmony Hearth and Home keeps a large variety of venting and parts for heating sources on hand in our warehouse, including parts for older, discontinued models. We always have a variety of pellet stove pellets on hand. Purchase 1 bag or a large lot. We have the lowest prices in town and even lower prices for those who buy in bulk. Sign-up for our annual pellet supply service. We will reserve that amount you want and call you prior to the cold season so you will have your supply on hand before the season begins.
